pizza with avocado

Baked pizza crusts (4 about 7 inch), chopped cooked chicken breast meat (1c), avocados, peeled, pitted and diced (2), cayenne pepper (1pinch), shredded Monterey jack cheese (1c), cherry tomatoes, quartered (1c), olive oil (1tbsp), peeled garlic (1clove), salt (to taste), fresh lime juice (1tbsp or to taste), chopped fresh cilantro (1tbsp).
First heat the oven’s broiler. Take food processor; add cilantro and avocados in it. Make the puree of it and then add lime juice and salt according to taste. Put the puree in a bowl, cover the bowl and keep it aside. Take garlic cloves and cut them into halves. Take pizza crust and then rub the garlic on the top of it for the flavor. Apply olive oil on both sides of the crust and then place the avocado mixture on the top of crust. Then place the chicken and then the tomatoes on top. Dust cheese over it and then sprinkle the cayenne pepper on top. Now take a baking sheet and place the pizza on it. Place the baking sheet in oven and broil it for about 5 minutes until the cheese gets melted and crust gets crispy.

stir fry pizza

Self raising flour (225gms), grated cheddar (50gms), fresh tomato pasta sauce (5tbsp), olive oil (2tbsp +1tsp), red onion, cut into wedges (1), thickly sliced courgette (1), yellow pepper, deseeded and cut into chunks (1).
First heat the oven to 220 degrees C. Take a large non stick baking tray; put wedges of red onion, slices of courgette and chunks of pepper in it. Sprinkle 1 teaspoon of oil over it and add seasoning and then mix it well. Place the tray in oven and roast them until they get soft and lightly brown. Take out the tray from oven and keep it aside. Now heat the grill to medium. Take a large bowl, add flour in it, add seasoning, add left over oil and then add 4 to 5 tablespoons of water in it. Mix all these to make soft dough. Knead the dough and then roll it on floured surface in circular shape. Take a large ovenproof non stick frying pan, place the rolled dough on it. Place the pan in oven and cook it for about 5 minutes until it gets brown and then turn the side and again cook it for about 5 minutes. Now apply the tomato sauce over the base and then spread the roasted vegetables over it. Then dust the cheddar cheese on top. Now place the pizza in oven and grill it for about 3 to 4 minutes until the cheese gets melted. Now cut the pizza into wedges and serve it with green salad.

the humus special

Hummus spread (1c), refrigerated pizza crust dough (1can about 10 ounces), broccoli florets (1c), sliced bell pepper of any color (1 1/2c), shredded Monterey Jack cheese (2c).
First heat the oven to 220 degrees C. Take a pizza pan or baking sheet. Roll the pizza crust and place it on the sheet. Then place the layer of hummus over it. Place the broccoli and sliced peppers over hummus and then sprinkle the shredded cheese on the top. Now place the sheet in oven and bake it for about 10 to 15 minutes until the crust changes to golden brown and the cheese gets melted. Take out the pizza from the oven and cut it into slices and then serve it.

omlette pizza evenning

Beaten eggs (8), grated vegetarian cheddar (85gms), stonned black olives (handful), tomato passata sauce (4tbsp), olive oil (1tbsp), oregano (1tsp).
First heat the grill to high. Take a bowl, beat eggs in it and then add oregano and salt and pepper in it. Again beat it thoroughly. Take a large ovenproof frying pan, heat oil in it and then pour the beaten egg mixture in it. Cook it over low heat by stirring it for about 4 minutes until the eggs get set in the pan. Then place the pan under the grill until the eggs get puffed. Now spread the sauce over it. Sprinkle the olives and cheese on top. Again grill it until the cheese gets melted. Now the pizza omelette gets ready. Cut it and serve it with green salad.

the ricotta special

Ricotta (250gm), roughly chopped yellow peppers (2), halved or whole cherry tomatoes (10), basil leaves (a few to serve), plain flour (for dusting), bag mixed grain (500gms), chopped tomatoes (2can s or 400 gms), olive oil (1tsp), finely chopped onion (1).
First heat the oven to 220 degrees C. Take a large pan, heat oil in it. Sauté onions and peppers in it for few minutes until they get soft. Add tomatoes in it and add seasoning in it and then keep it to simmer for about 10 minutes. Meanwhile prepare the dough according to the instructions of package and then knead the dough. Take a baking sheet, dust the flour in it and then roll the dough in rectangular shape. Now place the sheet in oven and bake it for about 5 minutes. Take out the sheet from oven and spread the sauce over the dough. Add cherry tomatoes over it and then drop spoonfuls of ricotta over it. Again place it in oven and bake it for about 10 minutes until the base gets crispy and golden. Spread the basil over the pizza and serve it with green salad.

the pesto wonder

Baked pizza crust (1 about 12 inch), crumbled feta cheese (1c), artichoke hearts, drained and sliced (1can about 4 ounce), chopped red onion (1/2small), chopped black olives, drained (1can about 2 ounces), chopped green bell pepper (1/2c), chopped ripe tomato (10, pesto (1/2c).
First heat the oven to 450 degrees f. Take pizza crust, spread pesto on it. Then place tomatoes, olives, bell peppers, red onions, artichoke hearts and feta cheese on the top. Now place the pizza in oven and bake it at 450 degrees for about 8 to 10 minutes until the cheese gets melted and the color of the base of pizza changes to brown. Take out the pizza from the oven, cut it into slices and then serve it

chicken pizza

Boneless, skinless chicken breast (1pound), baked pizza crust (2 about 12 inch), vegetable oil (2tbsp), shredded Monterey Jack or cheddar cheese (3c), pasta sauce (1 1/2c), red onion, cut into ½ inch thick slices (1large), poblano or medium green bell pepper (2large).
First apply oil on chicken and onion and then season with ground black pepper and salt. Then grill the chicken, peppers and onion for about 8 minutes by turning its sides until the chicken gets cooked and vegetables get soft. Take aluminium foil, wrap peppers in it and keep them aside for about5 minutes and then remove its skin and cut them into slices. Cut the chicken into thin slices and keep it aside. Place the pizza on grill and then grill its crust for about 1 minute. Spread the pasta sauce over it and then place chicken, vegetables and cheese on top. Again grill the pizza for about 3 minutes until the cheese gets melted. Dust the cilantro over it. Serve it with sauce and sliced avocado.

lauderdale pizza

Plain flour or maida (2c), sugar (1tsp), olive oil or oil (1tbsp), fresh yeast, crumbled (2tsp) and salt (1tsp).
Take a bowl, except olive oil mixes all the ingredients in it. Then add enough water in it and mix it well to make dough. Knead the dough to make it soft and elastic. Now add olive oil in it and again knead it. Place the dough aside for about 15 to 20 minutes until it gets double in volume by covering it with muslin cloth. Lightly press the dough to take out the air from it. Then divide the dough into 2 equal portions. Now roll each portion into round shapes of ¼” thickness. Now the pizza base is ready use it according to your requirement. Top the pizza base with your favorite toppings.
Makes 2 pizza bases

spring pizza

White bread or pizza bases mix (280gms packet), basil (a bunch), cubed pancetta or bacon (75gms), mozzarella, drained (125g ball), halved cherry tomatoes (150gms), olive oil (1 to 2 tsp
Take a bowl; put the packet of pizza dough in it. Take basil and shred it and add half of it in the mixture of bowl. Add about 200ml of warm water in dough mixture and then knead it for about 5 minutes. Now roll the dough into circle shape. Take a baking sheet, dust flour over it and then place the rolled circles on it. Apply the oil on the surface and keep it for about 15 minutes. Take halved cherry tomatoes; place them on dough with cut side up. Take mozzarella and dry it with paper towel and then cut it into cubes. Spread it over the pizza with bacon or pancetta. Place the pizza in oven and bake it for about 20 minutes until it gets puffed and changes to golden in color. Sprinkle the left over basil leaves over it. Now the pizza is ready, cut it and then serve it.

basic pizza

New potatoes (300gms), taleggio cheese (175gms), white bread and pizza base mix (280gms pack), spring onions (40, smoked lardon (100gms pack).
First heat the oven to 220c/fan 200c/gas 7. Then prepare the dough according to the instructions of package. Knead the dough and then roll it thinly into rectangular shape about 30*40cm. take a baking sheet, place the rolled dough on it. Cover the dough and then keep it aside for about 20 minutes to rise. Take potatoes, cut them into thin slices and then boil them in salted water for about 3 to 4 minutes until they get soft. Then drain the potatoes and then pat dry them. Take spring onions and shred them and then cut the cheese into thin slices. Now place the potatoes over the pizza dough and then sprinkle a little olive oil over the potatoes. Spread the lardon, onions and cheese on top. Place the pizza dough in oven and bake it for about 15 to 20 minutes until the pizza changes to golden brown in color and gets crispy. Take out the pizza from oven and cut it into squares and then serve it.

short time pizza

Ciabatta, halved length ways (10, mozzarella, torn (125gms), dried oregano (1tsp0, tomatoes and basil sauce (6tbsp), chorizo, roughly chopped (50gms), olive oil.
First heat the grill. Take a baking tray, place the ciabbatta on it. Then spread the tomato and the basil sauce over it. Take mozzarella, oregano and chorizo and spread them over the sauce and then sprinkle the oil over it. Now place baking tray on grill and grill it for about 3 to 4 minutes until it gets bubbling and changes its color to brown. Now the pizza is ready to serve. Cut it into slices and serve it.

pizza with basil

Mixed tomatoes, sliced and drained (225gms), Ciabatta bread mix, plus a little extra for dusting (175gms from 500gms pack), basil leaf (large handful), reduced fat mozzarella (125gms ball), splash lemon juice, halved and thinly sliced avocado (1), olive oil (3tbsp).
First heat the oven to 240c/fan 220c/gas 9. Take a large bowl, put the bread mix in it and then add 1 tablespoon of olive oil and 125ml of lightly warm water. Mix it well to make dough. Knead the dough well and then put it in oiled bowl. Cover the dough and place it in warm place for about 15 minutes to rise. Meanwhile take a small blender, put the left over oil and add basil leaf in it. Now blend it until the leaves get finely chopped. Mix the avocado in lemon juice and roughly cut mozzarella. Now take a baking sheet, roll dough into 25*30cm rectangular shape on the sheet. Apply the basil oil over it and then spread the tomato slices and mozzarella on it. Place the sheet in oven and bake it for about 10 to 12 minutes until the cheese gets melted and the base gets crispy. Now the pizza is ready to serve, decorate it with avocado slices and basil leaves

raggi pizzeria

Capers in brine, drained (1tsp), cherry tomatoes, halved (handful), mozzarella, torn into pieces (25gms), chopped tomatoes, juice drained (1can about 200gms), courgette, thinly sliced using a peeler (1large), chopped parsley (2tbsp to serve), olive oil (1tbsp), finely chopped garlic clove (1).
Take a food processor fitted with dough blade add flours, yeast and a pinch of salt in it. Add enough water in it and then process it for 1 minute to make dough. Take out the dough from the food processor and roll it on the lightly floured surface to a circular shape. Then place the rolled dough on oiled baking sheet. Take canned tomatoes, spread them over the dough. Place the courgettes and cherry tomatoes over the top. Then spread the mozzarella over it. Take a bowl, mix garlic, olives and capers in it and then spread them over the top. Sprinkle oil over it. Keep it aside for about 20 minutes to rise. Now heat the oven to 240c/fan 220c/gas 9. Place the baking sheet in oven and then bake it for about 10 to 12 minutes until the pizza gets crispy and golden from the edges. Now the pizza is ready, spread chopped parsley over it to serve

Indian Pizza

Ingredients
For Crust:- All purpose flour (3c), sugar (1-1/2tsp), parsley flakes (2tsp), salt (1tsp), olive oil (2tbsp), warm water (1 1/2c), active dry yeast (1package).
For Toppings:- Shredded cheese of your choice (12ounces), diced cooked turkey bacon (4 to 6 ounces), sliced pepperoni (6ounces), diced sweet onion (1small), drained mushrooms (1can or 6 ounces), diced banana pepper (1), drained diced tomatoes (1can or 14 ounces), pizza sauce (1can).
First heat the oven to 425 degrees F. Take warm water in a bowl and then dissolve the yeast in it. Mix all the other ingredients of crust in it. Beat this mixture and then keep it for about 5 minutes. Take pizza pan, grease it with olive oil and then press the dough on pizza pan with your hands. Now place the pizza pan in oven and bake it for about 12 to 15 minutes at 425 degrees f until the crust gets lightly brown. Take out the pan from the oven and then decorate it with toppings. Now the deluxe pizza is ready to serve. Enjoy it with pizza sauce.
